Responsibilities:
- Support HR Department particularly C & B Section on matters requiring IT expertise such as HRMS, Payroll system, TMS, ESS and Intranet.
- In charge of day to day systems administration and trouble-shooting.
- Perform periodic security checking and audit trailing of the HR systems.
- Study and analyze customers’and administrators’needs affecting systems’functionalities.
- Propose, initiate and execute improvement plan.
- Follow up on IT investment related budgetary status.
- Window person in liaison with system vendors.
- Deliver HR systems related training to users as and when required.
- Handles ESS user account management.
