Responsibilities:
-Responsible for a purchasing segment with a large Purchasing volume and high product , service or market complexity.
-Definition of procurement strategies to ensure the long-term, cost-effective supply of products or services.
-Deep knowledge of relevant markets, market development, market main players, competitors and derived Infineon PUR Strategy.

Senior Engineer/Staff Engineer [Audit and Certification]
(Kedah – Kulim)
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate customer audits and visits, as well as certification audits, from audit preparation to closure of deviations.
-Preparation of audits and visits include receive audit request, fix audit time & scope/ agenda with customer. Completion of customer questionnaires, customer profiles, briefing to auditees, ensure agreement of agenda with customers/auditees and availability of auditees.
-Full support during customer and certification audits.
-Ensure open points & additional requests raised by auditors are covered.
-Follow up & drive corrective action / improvements plan for the deviations / recommendations raised by auditor.
-Reach agreement with customer on corrective action & deadlines, reach full customer satisfaction while considering IFKM constraints.
-Maintain audit findings in audit application (tracking software).
-Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Zero Defect (ZD) and Quality Management Systems (QMS) for operation specialists.
-Internal quality auditor for 5S, system, VDA6.3 and process audits. Perform plant wide internal audits, from audit preparation to closure of deviations.

Engineer [Electrical Failure Analysis]
(Kedah – Kulim)
Responsibilities:
-Perform Failure Analysis [FA] on IC and Discrete Devices on wafer level from electrical verification, fault isolation and physical root cause analysis.
-Develop new and improvise FA skills and techniques to enhance analysis quality, speed and cost.
-Issue FA report that can lead to root cause finding and corrective action to cross functional team.
-Participate and present FA results in cross functional meetings, projects, yield improvement, urgent and important meetings.
-Interface with designers, test, product, process integration and unit process engineers to understand the analysis requirement.
-Responsible for FA readiness on new Transfer Technology or Products.
-FA equipment tool ownership.
Requirements:
-Masters Degree or Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering, Physics or equivalent.
-Minimum 2 year working experience in failure analysis.
-Fresh graduates with CGPA above 3.0 are encouraged to apply for junior post.
-Strong in technical writing skills, presentation skills and communication skills.
-Strong background in device physics, digital and analog circuit knowledge, MOSFET technology and wafer fabrication process and reliability.
-Hands on test and measurement equipment and basic electronics.
-Able to perform Bench Tests using curve tracer, parametric analyzer, O-scope, multipmeter, source meter and pattern generator.
-Able to perform die level chemical or mechanical de-layering and cross sectioning.
-Familiar with FA equipment such as LCT, TIVA, EMMI, SEM, FIB, RIE, Probers.

Technician/Sr Technician [Process-Electro Chemical Deposition]
(Kedah – Kulim)
Responsibilities:
-Overall in charge of materials management for Electrochemical and Electroless Deposition processes
-Liaise with Warehouse to ensure safe and secure transition and storage of materials incoming and outgoing of ECD center.
-Liaise with Material Management to ensure sufficient materials to meet daily consumption with minimum materials wastage
-Audit quality of incoming materials to ECD center to ensure constant specification adherence.
-Handling chemical replenishments
-Audit housekeeping practices, review and propose improvements to housekeeping/safety rules and practices in order to create a safe, clean & tidy working environment
-Troubleshoot out of control situations and decision making on the lots & tools disposition according to OCAP (out of control action plan)
-Execute decision and disposition on lots or tool
-Participate in improvement projects including productivity improvement, process improvement, and quality improvements
-Releasing tool after maintenance in standard situations with existing OCAP (out-of-control-action-plan) and drive all the necessary test for the release
