Responsibilities:

  •  To handle and undertake purchasing functions in the company
  •  Able to forecast purchase needs and lead the purchasing activities include negotiate term and conditions with suppliers in cost effective way while maintaining appropriate quality, safety standards and specifications
  • Attend divisions’ approved purchase requisition and issues Purchase order in accordance to Company Purchase Policy.
  • Track purchasing activity and maintain purchasing file
  • Implement and review purchase requests and ensure authorization to facilitate the timely purchase of  items
  • Liaise with Account division to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices
  • Deal, build and develop business relationships with suppliers
  • Fulfill with Custom licensing requirements on overseas purchase materials and related monthly reports and others

 

Requirements:

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): computer literate, knowledge in SAP System is an added advantage.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in related field. However, fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Able to work independently and be able to manage and lead subordinates in the division.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to converse in Japanese is an added advantage.
  • Full-time positions available.

  • General affairs matters.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health or other equivalent from profesional institution.
