Responsibilities:

  • Handles data input for E-Declare and WMS
  • Assist in preparation of all customs applications / customs report.
  • Assist and support in daily bonded warehouse operations job.

 

Requirements:

  • Preferably experience in customs SMK and E-Declare.
  • Candidate must posses at least SPM certificate or equivalent.
  • Preferably with logistics background in LMW environment and some experience in handling customs matters related to bonded warehouse operation.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in KULIM HI-TECH and able to travels to KULIM CUSTOMS Office frequently for customs related matters.
  • Candidate must possess at least at Primary/Secondary School/SPM, any field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Male of Female age 23-35

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update of Electrical HT & LT networks and Emergency power distribution networks.
  • Plan, supervise, and manage Electrical and Mechanical related projects.
  • Maintain and improve quality and reliability of Electrical System and to resolve day to day system issues.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers to coordinate works such as power turn on new equipment and follow up Facility work request in Electrical System.
  • Liaises with Shift engineer to ensure Electrical consumption data are adequately collected as per agreed frequency.
  • Review of data collected by Shift Engineer and make recommendation / adjustment to plant equipment.
  • Prepare all required specification, operating procedure and working instructions and ensure all documentation are properly updated and maintained.
  • Review of electrical related servicing results for Electrical distribution system and M&E systems and make necessary recommendation for improvement / adjustment.
  • Ensure that the expenses are within the approved budget.
  • Implement energy audit.

Requirements:

  • Posses a Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of working experience, fresh graduate with CGPA 3.0 and above are encourage to apply
  • Basic knowledge of International Codes & Standards in relation to Electrical Design.
  • Able to undertake works in electrical design up to construction at site (supervision).
  • Familiar with Electrical Equipments such as Transformers, MV & LV Switchgear, MCC, Motors, UPS, etc.
  • Able to perform Electrical calculation such as Cable sizing/Voltage Drop calculation, Short circuit study, etc.
  • PC literate (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint), knowledge in Auto-Cad and SCADA Power Monitoring System.
  • Ability to work in team, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
