Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Engineering Technicians and Operators to achieve the business objectives of plant management.
- Achieve overall In-Process Injection Molding Quality Target as set by Management.
- Research and study LSR process flow to control the consistency.
- Optimize molding cycle time, Parameter setting and Operation Standard.
- Troubleshooting molding problems and establish permanent solutions to improve on processes and production yield.
- Participate in cross functional activities for new projects as well as to coordinate on project transfer.
- Selecting, managing and working with sub-contractors on process equipment and utilities in the Molding Department.
- Responsible for the development and training of Engineering Technicians.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs for moulds and machines.
- Plan and maintain the process documents as per ISO requirements.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or Chemical Process Technology or Plastic Technology.
- At least 5 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Working experience with Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) Injection Moulding process is a MUST.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently with strong leadership quality.
- Must be willing to work in Kulim.
- Full-Time position.

AP Accountant

Job Description
- Perform AP functions. Follow up on AP Issue Log and prepare month-end accrual for AP un-vouched invoices.
- Analyzing changes in the balance sheet. Performing analysis of certain income statement accounts.
- Analyze and ensure accuracy of accounting statements.
- Manage balance sheet sub ledgers data/details including fixed assets/accounts receivable/payable/inventory etc.
- Prepare reconciliation for prepayment account, monitor and close the outstanding items before month end close.
- Vouch invoices discount vendors, prepare payment and reporting on discount taken/lost during month end.
- Follow up on AP Issue Log and prepare month-end accrual for AP un-vouched invoices
- Analyzing changes in the balance sheet for AP and Intercompany transactions.
- Performing analysis of certain income statement accounts
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor Degree/ Professional qualification in Accounting.
- 5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidate with GAAP knowledge is preferred.
- Knowledgeable in various Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls.
- Proficient on MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and etc.
- Strong working knowledge on major ERP systems, such as Oracle, SAP, or related applications in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities:
- To handle and undertake purchasing functions in the company
- Able to forecast purchase needs and lead the purchasing activities include negotiate term and conditions with suppliers in cost effective way while maintaining appropriate quality, safety standards and specifications
- Attend divisions’ approved purchase requisition and issues Purchase order in accordance to Company Purchase Policy.
- Track purchasing activity and maintain purchasing file
- Implement and review purchase requests and ensure authorization to facilitate the timely purchase of items
- Liaise with Account division to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices
- Deal, build and develop business relationships with suppliers
- Fulfill with Custom licensing requirements on overseas purchase materials and related monthly reports and others
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): computer literate, Well known with SAP System.
