Job Description:

  • To receive, sort and analyze the purchase requisitions; to verify the nomenclature and specifications of the purchase requisitions; enters the ordering/buying information into the on-line purchasing system and generates the purchase orders
  • To review authorized requisitions and inventory reports in order to determine what and when to purchase
  • To communicate with user departments to provide order information, answer queries, explain policies and resolve problems pertaining to their purchasing needs
  • Expediting purchases & orders both locally & overseas to ensure deliveries in conformance with the delivery dates
  • Verification of suppliers billing invoices
  • Must be able to do multi-tasking

 

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,Bachelor’ s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English, Japanese
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably specializing in Purchasing clean room product, machinary part/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Job description

  • Minimizes process variations and excursions in product manufacturing process so as to maximize wafer yield.
  • Resolve process issue to ensure wafer delivery and ramp up new process, technology transfer or production.
  • Liaise with mother fab to identify latest development projects which benefit to local fab context.
  • Responsible for sustaining ownership such as day-to-day operations, equipment troubleshooting and mentoring engineers.
  • Work with a team which may include device, integration, other process modules or external suppliers to drive leading-edge integrated improvements.

Requirement:

  • Degree in any engineering or Applied Science required
  • A candidate with minimum 3 years direct experience in Silicon substrate thinning processes; grinding, tape & detape.
  • Fluent in English communication and strong logical thinking for effective problem solving.
  • A highly motivated individuals with a strong technical background and capabilities to develop and sustain process technologies.
  • Good communication and teamwork competence.
  • Solid technical understanding of equipment is an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Come grow with us! Entegris is seeking a Product Manager for our facility in Kulim, Malaysia.

The Product Manager will manage the sampling to high volume manufacturing process, including the launch of next generation products.

This challenging position will be interfacing with the engineering team who designed the product; they are based in Colorado and Minnesota.

Travel to customer sites in Asia and to meet with the team in the US will be necessary.

Our ideal team member will be a hands-on, high-energy individual with strong communication
skills to succeed in a diverse, global business.

 

Successful candidates will typically have the following experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering

Job Description

  • Perform process transfer, process development, optimization and qualification for technology transfer and/or used tool transfer
  • Development of innovative processes and process characterization methodologies for existing and new technologies.
  • Partnering with production module/department, technology integration, planning, business divisions and global process development counterparts in mapping and enabling future technologies.
  • Perform process stability, sustaining and improvement to meet overall company targets
  • Perform integration block re-use and tool extendibility to maximize re-use strategy
  • Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes and process change management
  • Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, productivity and quality improvement projects
  • Interface between production module/department, technology integration & quality engineering on daily routines

 

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor/Master/PhD degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Physical Chemistry, Semiconductor Device Physics
  • At least 5 years working and hands-on experience in wafer fab Implantation processes and related equipment engineering.
  • Experience and have good methodical technique in technology synchronization and process harmonization
  • Good knowledge in semiconductor unit processes, process integration, device physics and products will be of added advantage
  • Good hands-on experience on wafer fabrication processes, equipment and metrology
  • Technology and or product transfer, qualification and high volume ramp-up know-how
  • Highly innovative, motivated and stress resistant individual with zero defect mindset
  • A good team player and able to communicate effectively in cross functional teams and at all levels.

Epitaxy Staff / Senior Engineer

  • A highly motivated individuals with a strong technical background and capabilities to develop and sustain process technologies.
  • Good communication and teamwork competence.
  • Solid technical understanding of Epitaxy equipment, IC device, and process integration.
  • Hands-on participation and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments
